ITV Strategy Workshop

Delivered a Strategy Workshop for ITV, the British Television Broadcasting Network, to support their 2026 Vision of becoming a leader in UK Streaming.

How we helped...

We were commissioned by ITV, the British Television Broadcasting Network, to facilitate a Strategy Workshop. ITV entertains and connects with millions of people globally, reflecting and shaping culture with brilliant content and creativity. The ITV strategy is rapidly evolving to enable further capitalisation on opportunities presented by the rapidly changing viewing, content production and advertising environments. They are focused on creating a more valuable digital media and entertainment company and deliver returns to our shareholders. ITVs 2026 vision is to become a leader in UK streaming and an expanding global force in content.

As a result, the Workplace Technology Team had a need to redefine their strategy and develop their roadmap. Previously, the focus had been to “keep the lights on” for all technology solutions across the organisation. We presented them with an opportunity to reconnect, review, and renew the Workplace Technology Strategy to ensure the long-term vision has purpose and direction.

We facilitated a high energy, thought provoking workshop to help reshape the strategy to enable progress towards their vision. This included an actionable plan that could be understood and achieved by all.
