What our Clients say…
CI Projects produced a great piece of work on Benefits Realisation for the biggest transformational change project we have undertaken. The outputs from this exercise helped to shape thinking on both tactical and strategic benefits, and their role in helping the business to achieve its 2020 objectives. I would have no hesitation in working with CI Project in the future; the evident expertise, skills & knowledge and abundant enthusiasm and energy from the entire team were inspirational.
Continuous Improvement Projects are consultants with Lean Six Sigma skills that are second to none. They approach complex business problems methodically and present solutions in a format that is incredibly easy to understand. They really do spearhead a culture of continuous improvement in every interaction, driving behaviours from reactive problem solving to proactive problem prevention.
I recently worked on a project with Kiran that was identified as a key financial risk to the client’s business. Before even starting the improvement project I was issued with a very detailed Six Sigma review by Kiran – from that point we worked closely throughout the transition, driving through the improvements and identifying & delivering many tangible and non-tangible benefits. Not only did we make a great team, but at the end of the project Kiran was able to collate all data to demonstrate the success and financial gains that were achieved. Since the project I regularly brainstorm ideas with Kiran – she shares enthusiasm and energy in finding solutions to problems. Continuous Improvement Projects will definitely be my go-to Six Sigma experts in the future.
Kiran has completed several projects for me and has always done an excellent job. She is professional, engaging and can turn her hand to any project. Her excellent understanding of all aspects of FM means that she grasps the requirements of a project quickly. Clients, managers and staff all respond well to her as she spends time understanding their needs and communicates well. She has the ability to effectively manage the change process as well as the initial project delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kiran and Continuous Improvement Projects to anyone.
I have worked with Kiran on several projects since 2009 and can recommend her without hesitation. Kiran’s qualification as a Six Sigma Black Belt makes her the focal point for any process work but she adds more value to projects due to her ability to understand the business, the people and the problems. Kiran quickly navigates towards issues and risks whilst addressing them in an enthusiastic and focused manner to achieve improvement. My experience with Kiran has seen her develop projects within a multi-billion turnover business that have included core operating process development, cost saving project delivering £7m additional profit and improving a National Operating Centre with call handling and work flow management issues. Kiran has developed into an excellent project manager and her skillset now enables her to work successfully across many different business sectors.
Some processes become set in concrete and are perceived as so difficult and costly to change that companies just live with the pain. That’s why you can benefit from really understanding the effort to make the change and the value it will bring. Continuous Improvement Projects Ltd have helped us with this.
Olivia came in full of energy and engaged well with the teams. I had an excellent rapport with her and we worked well together. She was a breath of fresh air.
The work Olivia completed on the vandalism process enabled GFSL to recover costs outside of the core service scope which was a key contributor to budget management in the financial year. The work also provided insightful data to enable us to make data-driven decisions and was an enabler towards a longer-term cost recovery solution with regards to vandalism work.
Excellent delivery to the brief with minimal supervision.
The CIP team have done a fantastic job in helping and supporting the teams in progressing the agenda and raising our game around planned preventative maintenance, standards, processes, management, delivery and reporting to name a few things, from when you joined us late in 2021 to where we are now with your continued and valued ad-hoc support over the last 6 months or so. There has definitely been a positive impact and change in the wider operations teams approach to managing the estate infrastructure. The CIP team have risen to these challenges from the very start and succeeded in helping us move forward to enable better outcomes, improved service delivery, consistency in approach to enable us to achieve our goals and objectives.
The opening of our first Pret store in Dublin in the Summer of 2022 was a major milestone on our ambitious growth plan through franchising. In so doing, we asked a lot of the project team responsible for delivering such a successful outcome. One of the key factors in this success was excellence in project management, something we were able to achieve by partnering once again with CI Projects.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with CI Projects, thank you for all of the great work you’ve done.
You should be showered with credit for the positive and supportive way in which you engage. ** was so enthused after his meeting with you. You made him feel like you have as much interest in helping us as he has in getting this developed.
I have used the services of Continuous Improvement Projects Ltd when faced by a few tough challenges. Not only are they professional, credible and highly competent project managers, they are highly reliable (if they say they can do it, trust them); they bring huge enthusiasm to every task; they are extremely effective communicators (if you have a complex stakeholder network they can navigate the clashing personalities); but perhaps most importantly they are pragmatic. I find project managers often get fixated by analysis; Kiran and Becky (from CI Projects Ltd) always remained focused on what is required to be delivered and they always got things done. I have been delighted with the support I have received and would commend them to you.
The whole team at Continuous Improvement Projects Ltd are an exceptional resource, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to get things done. Through their enthusiasm and ability they are able to make positive change happen in any number of circumstances, including the most resistant areas. A pleasure to work with, Kiran in particular has a shining integrity that means you can trust her from the moment a project is started. I would not go to anyone else for process change and transformation work, and have worked with her since 2008 on a number of high profile and difficult projects.
Every major programme has one or two key people who, without them, would not be a success and for my programme Kiran was one of those individuals. A programme to deliver a new National Operations Centre for the business, Kiran performed two key lead roles. First the process analysis and definition of the core business processes for the centre. With the use if 6 sigma she took the team through the as is and to be lifecycle. Kiran was then one of the key drivers behind the implementation of the operating model and through a significant level of data analysis develop the resourcing model for go live and future operation. Like all programmes, it came with significant amounts of pressure and tight timescales. Kiran met this with a work ethic and commitment second to none. She managed her delivery and key stakeholders with a positive and professional manner key to bringing the senior management team along with the programme. On a personal note, Kiran was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to work with Kiran again in the future.
employed in any future projects she works on. A true asset to any team.
When Kiran delivered a number of projects for me, she worked very quickly and efficiently, engaged well with team members at all levels and achieved all objectives that were within her control. She exceeded expectations.
Olivia is a shining light, so very bright and a huge support to me personally and to the business as a whole. Olivia is a huge asset to your organisation. She moved the project forward in some adverse conditions and worked well with the team.
I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt a huge amount on the recent Yellow Belt Six Sigma course. It gave me a whole new approach to the way I work and solve “problems”. The training has given me structure, tools and a new language to enhance my ability to both problem solve and run a project.
Excellent consultant provided by CI Projects; both in terms of skill set and professionalism.
Getting certified to ISO9001:2015 is a great achievement for the whole team at GFSL. I’m delighted to call out particularly the vision and drive of Caroline Gregg, Kiran Kachela (CI Projects) and Mark Archbold in getting us there – great team effort..!
I would like to thank you for all of your work over the last year. I know this has been a very challenging project and we appreciate your perseverance, which has led to a successful completion of phase 1. Also, I appreciate the work ethic and approach that CIP brings to the project. I feel that if we went with another consultancy, such as any of the big 4, this phase of the project would not have be as successful.
Our department did not have clearly defined digital structures in place to allow for third party contractors to report in real time or to deliver reporting data to centralised platforms. Olivia worked hard to make sure the relevant stakeholders were engaged, and had all the tools and support they needed to deliver. This lead to a challenging journey in order to make sure that everyone was on board with the new ways of working. Olivia supported us in a tough environment and managed to deliver what was needed to get our organisation to work better.
Having Olivia’s skills in the team was a great assurance for me as the Programme Manager as I could trust her to build a strong relationship with the teams and lead on a number of our project deliverables including requirements gathering, process development and system testing. The work Olivia completed and how she worked with the wider team including our suppliers meant that we were able to implement a fit for purpose solution on time, which was hugely critical for this type of project.
This project has been a great success and delivered in a way which ISS at Royal Derby have never seen before. It’s been a positive change for the Patient Catering team and having the support of CI Projects gave them confidence they needed to move the service forward.
