Since 2014 we have partnered with Bouygues Energies and Services to provide Lean Six Sigma and Change Management training to help them drive operational excellence and continuous improvements across their organisation.

After a request from Bouygues to deliver a Lean Six Sigma training programme across their workforce, we developed a bespoke Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training programme that was specifically designed to cater to their industry.

Equipping their staff with the underlying principles of the Lean Six Sigma methodology has supported Bouygues with their change infrastructure, enabling successful project delivery and sustainable change through a data-driven approach.
