- Support the procurement workstream of a major central government FM transformation/mobilisation programme.
- Draft, prepare and maintain tender documentation alongside the in-house commercial team.
- Manage document version control, updates and audit trails throughout the tender process.
- Maintain action trackers, document registers and meeting records to keep activity on track.
- Coordinate procurement packs, governance papers and stakeholder communications for timely review.
