TRIUM is a Global EMBA Program operating through an alliance of three renowned universities: LSE, NYU Stern and HEC Paris.
We worked with all three institutions to create a better package of the portfolio of services that TRIUM use and build a 5* service for their customers.
This project involved an end-to-end process review using Lean Six Sigma. We analysed the efficiency of the current processes and how they could be streamlined through the elimination of waste. A particular factor to consider was the challenge of operating from multiple locations. We undertook a full review of the marketing,
admissions, finance, program delivery, graduation and alumni management processes.
Embedding ourselves within the TRIUM team, we collectively decided that the core of the operation was best placed at the LSE. While commencing the transition of core services from NYU to LSE we re-engineered all processes to establish consistency and standardisation across the three globally-spread universities.
We facilitated a team building event in Paris for all senior TRIUM associates to introduce the changes. This involved a full day of team-building activities, including brand awareness and process optimisation.
By the end of the transformation programme, all core services had migrated to London enabling a more streamlined Target Operating Model, with clarity on organisational processes, improved communication between the three educational institutions and a significantly improved portfolio of services.
