Technology, innovation, and change have always interested me, such changes can be seen in 20 years from tape players to music being all digital or viewing television on a CRT to now 4K smart TVs. This resonates with me with the direction I have taken, such as doing History and Economics at Keele University to see the change that has occurred over many years. Then furthering developing the economic side by doing a master’s in Business Economics and Finance at Aston University.

While doing my master’s I had a part-time job with Sainsbury’s and seeing how a business works at a scale with the many approaches to management and asking why it has occurred as such, especially being in an unprecedented time of the pandemic with a high amount of change from the norm. As personally, I went from the travel money to working on the floor in a very quick turnaround. This continued interaction and analysis of people, management, and output occurred when involved in the mobilisation of military housing contracts when working at Pinnacle. In essence, how to manage change and use technology to innovate continuous improvement.

All this led to joining Continuous Improvements Projects, the values of wanting to implement sustainable process improvement with understanding the people element. It is the best place in my opinion to learn my skill set and experience the variety of projects with a day never the same, always something to observe, wanting to deliver value for every single project and embracing change sustainably.

Out of work, I love travelling and playing video games, sometimes both together. These can be seen with the background having reference to a map and a globe with my aim of scratching all the countries off. Been inter-railing all over Europe so have many stories about many cultures, and cities from Paris to Prague, which I consumed amazing food throughout.
