My background includes implementing organisational design and target operating models, leading change management initiatives, developing business process models and conducting cost and benefit analysis.

I am knowledgeable in Lean and Six Sigma to Master Black Belt level across retail, insurance, logistics, telecommunications, aerospace, automotive, and rail industries. I am highly experienced in preparing and delivering Business Analysis. This includes requirements management, diagnostic assessment and recommendations for improvement. I have recently gained knowledge in recognising opportunities to use RPA and Process Automation.

My leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality business improvement solutions. From defining management objectives and performing research to implementing strategic recommendations and building key relationships, my background has prepared me to excel in highly challenging roles.
A few highlights of my career include: 

• Designed and implemented regulatory compliant processes for the senior managers – insurance regime regulations.
• Designed processes that realised 66% extra capacity for the NHS blood and transplant service through process automation.
• Designed new ticketing processes for Ambassador Theatre Group to identify a £3.0m cost reduction on operational costs per annum.  • Improved supply chain for the wholesale samples process reducing lead time by 20%.
• Part of transformation team responsible for delivering €20.0m cost savings and 1700 FTE reduction in Europe.
