Emma Bint

I live in Northamptonshire with my husband and 2 dogs.  Being emersed in the countryside amongst the green fields and woodlands walking till its time for tea, is the perfect day for me.

Graduating with a Masters in Law, and two post graduate certificates in leadership, I went on to certify as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and found my passion for continuous improvement.  Often friends of mine say CI is in my DNA – I live and breathe it! 

For the last 10 years, my experience has led me to work in most service areas, including customer service, sales, after sales, operations, administration, finance, logistics, warehousing and shared business services.

I enjoy supporting leadership teams with creating and deploying strategies using multi layered lean leadership approaches, and have led large teams of CI leaders in global organisations, and scaled many global processes for maximum optimisation.  I have also coached, mentored and trained aspiring CI professionals to Yellow, Green and Black Belt level.

One of the best things for me is witnessing the spark of excitement ignited by CI in someone else’s eyes.  This fills me with great joy, knowing I have had some small part of someone else’s transformative journey.
