Our Approach

Our Quarterly Strategic Reviews (QSR) support you with objectively assessing achievements and progress against your strategic objectives, including the tactical plans that sit beneath the strategy, so that you can focus on delivery. It provides assurance and full transparency of any risks and opportunities, and ensures effective prioritisation, planning and governance of changes made to service and performance. We help you explore opportunities and ensure effective prioritisation, planning, execution and measurement of progress. The QSR will be a meeting held every three months to assess achievements, progress and planning for further improvement opportunities. It will act as a critical tool for sharing knowledge and promoting learning and innovation.

The Quarterly Strategic Reviews includes:

• Review and refresh of your Strategic Business Plan at the beginning of each year.
• Review of progress and achievements from the previous quarter against the Strategic Business Plan.
• Support with design, planning and prioritisation of strategic initiatives.
• Planning of your next successful quarter.
• Review of the effectiveness of governance arrangements, including roles and responsibilities.
• Reflection on successes and failures, and capture of relevant learnings.
• Capture of benefits associated to the changes implemented.

£2,200 per quarter

The not-so-small print:

  • QSR Service Contracts are for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Payments to be made as a quarterly fixed fee.
  • Price excludes any expenses (e.g. travel).
