An internationally recognised certification that never expires
ILSSI is an internationally recognised accreditation. The syllabus of ILSSI is almost identical to the IASSC and ASQ. The benefit of ILSSI is that they offer a lifetime certification. ASQ and IASSC both expire after 3 years and you must pay again and take the exam again.
A Lean Six Sigma Toolkit
An electronic toolkit containing all tools used during the course to help your teams
put their new skills into practice. This will be supported by a Guide Book which can
be used as a quick reference guide to help decide the appropriate tools to use depending on the circumstances.
Our training sets the stage for a mindset and culture of continuous improvement. Employees will leave inspired by what they’ve learnt and will see daily activities through a different lens. They will be focused on banishing waste and maximising efficiency.
We equip your teams with the skills and knowledge they need to apply problem
solving and continuous improvement as part of their day jobs. This involves all levels, from senior executives who need to become effective, active and visible sponsors of change; to employees who need to be engaged participants in improvement activities.
A ability to practically apply the theory
We are one of the only companies offering a purely project-based certification so that you can focus on practically applying your learning instead of focusing on pure textbook theory and the unduly stress of taking exams! This means you actually get to deliver a live Lean Six Sigma project with support from our Lean Six Sigma experts.
Ability to communicate statistics visually and demonstrate an ROI
Using easily accessible, everyday tools, we will show you how to analyse data and visually represent your findings so that you can ensure a return on investment (ROI) and communicate data in simple language and graphs that everybody understands.
