Although it has its origins in manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma is a flexible methodology that is applied across many industries to drive business improvements.  Lean Six Sigma is a combination of two process improvement methods, Lean and Six Sigma. Lean focuses on removing waste and delivering more value for your customer, while Six Sigma focuses on reducing variation and errors in your processes. Together they have the power to help you and your organisation improve efficiency, productivity and customer experience.

Hi,

I’m Kiran.

As Director of CI Projects, I have led large, complex change projects and supported various organisations in driving efficiencies and improving profitability. My clients include: Ministry of Justice, London School of Economics, Bouygues, Engie, Interserve, ISS, Johnson Matthey, Arup and various NHS Trusts.

My experiences have made me such a strong advocate of Lean Six Sigma principles that I delight in training others in this methodology.

During the session you will…

1 – Gain a basic understanding of what Lean Six Sigma is
2 – Understand the benefits it can have on your organisation
3 – Explore examples of Lean Six Sigma application in real business contexts

This session is for…

Continuous Improvement Enthusiasts
Leaders/ Managers looking for ways to improve performance
Anyone interested in personal development and learning about Lean Six Sigma

I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt a huge amount on the recent Yellow Belt Six Sigma course. It gave me a whole new approach to the way I work and solve “problems”. The training has given me structure, tools and a new language to enhance my ability to both problem solve and run a project.
