The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Small Business Awards are the leading celebration of the best small businesses from right across the UK, from every sector and industry.
This year, the FSB Awards received a significant volume of nominations and Continuous Improvement Projects were shortlisted as finalists amongst six other businesses in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category.
We were shortlisted amidst other nominees because of our demonstrable and strong commitment to investing in our employees and associates.
We are a close-knit team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about making an impact. Diversity is at the heart of our operation and we love the energy and knowledge that comes from recruiting individuals from different backgrounds.

It was an increadible honour to be a finalist in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category; we were up against some fantastic businesses and felt proud to be alongside them celebrating success.
