The not-so-small print
- Every programme is tailored to your organisation’s requirements, delivery format and learning objectives. We’ll provide a clear, fixed quotation following an initial discovery session.
- Training can be delivered at your site, at our offices or virtually.
- Delegates will require access to the AI tools covered during training (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude). Requirements will be confirmed during the discovery session.
- Travel expenses will be an additional cost.
- Cancellations should be made at least two weeks in advance or a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost will apply, increasing to 50% if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling will incur no additional costs by mutual agreement, provided no expenses have already been incurred.
- Group sizes are agreed as part of each programme to ensure the best learning experience.
- Additional post-training clinics, coaching and ongoing support are available at an additional cost.
