With you, when you need long-term solutions as well as quick fixes
What is BPMN?
If you ever feel like your processes are a tangled mess, Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) can unlock clarity and efficiency. BPMN is a widely recognised standard that provides a visual common language for mapping out your business processes – think of it like flowcharts on steroids. Our BPMN process mapping training equips you with the skills to create clear and concise process maps using BPMN symbols. This not only improves communication and collaboration, but also allows you to identify areas of waste and inefficiency within your processes. By understanding your processes visually, you can make informed decisions about how to streamline them and optimise performance.
Why learn with CI Projects?
- Learn by doing: We believe in the ‘learn by doing’ philosophy, so our programme consists of interactive activities and real-life scenarios to bring the training to life, followed by on-the-job practice and mentoring. We make constant reference to real-life processes and give you an opportunity to map processes during the training course.
- Experienced and qualified trainers: Our training programmes are developed and delivered by our very own team of experienced BPMN process mapping professionals who can share their real-life, practical examples – we train from experience, not textbooks.
