CI Projects is a boutique business consultancy committed to helping businesses continuously improve by enabling the true convergence of people, processes, and technology. We work closely with clients to define the issue, the destination, and how to get there – and then provide the tools and confidence so they can keep improving long after we’ve gone.

We’re looking for a client‑facing Business Analyst who loves understanding how things work, solving operational challenges, and shaping better, more efficient ways of working. If you’re process‑driven, analytical, and confident with Power BI and Power Automate, this role is for you.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing, consultancy-focused role centred on understanding, optimising, and transforming our clients’ business processes. As a Business Analyst at CI Projects, you will work directly with client teams to uncover operational challenges, map and improve end-to-end processes, and translate needs into clear, deliverable requirements. Your work will enable clients to strengthen performance, enhance governance, and embed more effective and efficient ways of working.

You’ll apply your Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate expertise to create data-driven insights and digital solutions that help clients streamline operations. With a proactive, consulting-led mindset, you will support clients across sectors in improving how their processes function today—and shaping what “better” looks like tomorrow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead client discovery sessions, workshops and interviews to uncover pain points, requirements and opportunities.
  • Map and analyse current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies and design future‑state improvements.
  • Build insightful Power BI dashboards and develop Power Automate flows to digitise and streamline client processes.
  • Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable recommendations.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights and supporting change adoption.
  • Contribute to successful project delivery across transformation, improvement and technology‑enabled programmes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong process mapping and process improvement capability (e.g., BPMN).
  • Confidence with Power BI and Power Automate to drive data‑led decision‑making.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
  • A proactive, consulting‑led mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and helping clients work smarter.

If this sounds like your next move, please apply now.
