CI Projects is a boutique business consultancy committed to helping businesses continuously improve by enabling the true convergence of people, processes, and technology. We work closely with clients to define the issue, the destination, and how to get there – and then provide the tools and confidence so they can keep improving long after we’ve gone.

We’re looking for a client‑facing Business Analyst who thrives on understanding how things work, solving operational challenges, and shaping more effective, more efficient ways of working. If you’re process‑driven, analytical, and passionate about enabling digital transformation in operational environments, this role is for you.

Role Overview

This is a consultancy‑focused, client‑facing role centred on understanding, optimising, and transforming operational processes across facilities management environments. You’ll work directly with client teams to uncover pain points, map and improve end‑to‑end processes, and translate operational needs into clear, deliverable business and functional requirements.

Your work will contribute directly to the successful rollout of CAFM systems and improved ways of working across multiple sites. You will support clients in strengthening performance, enhancing governance, and embedding standardised operational practices that drive long‑term improvement.

 What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse current facilities management operational processes and design future‑state workflows that enable a smooth CAFM system rollout.
  • Facilitate workshops with operational SMEs to co‑design efficient processes aligned to system functionality and operational objectives.
  • Translate operational needs into clear business and functional requirements that support configuration, testing, and UAT.
  • Develop scalable, standardised processes across multiple sites to enable consistent CAFM deployment and operational adoption.
  • Define measurable programme benefits and create structured benefits realisation frameworks.
  • Establish benefits tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor value delivery throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders, presenting insights, facilitating decision‑making, and supporting effective change adoption.
  • Contribute to successful delivery of FM transformation and system‑enabled programmes, bringing structured analysis and consistency to client engagements.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong process mapping and process improvement expertise.
  • Experience supporting technology‑enabled transformation, ideally within facilities management or operational environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability, with confidence facilitating workshops and co‑design sessions.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, consulting‑led mindset.
  • Experience defining business and functional requirements for configuration, testing, and UAT.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and helping clients work smarter.

Contract & working pattern

  • 6‑month Contract
  • 5 days a week initially and moving to 3 days post 3 months.
  • Occasional additional travel may be required depending on project needs
