I’m a senior consultant working with CI Projects since 2019. I’m a certified Change Manager (APMG), Enterprise Agile Coach (ICAgile) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I lead people and digital transformation onsite and remotely. My style is to get right to the heart of the matter quickly and put in place pragmatic solutions by achieving a high level of stakeholder engagement.
I am particularly experienced in digital transformation, change management and organisational development. Drawing on years of experience of project and programme management, I’m able to deliver value at pace through appropriate management frameworks – predominantly Lean and Agile practices.
In recent years I have pursued an interest in culture management, employee experience and how to create productive individuals and
organisations. I have a deep knowledge of the imperative for organisations to adopt new ways of working and the challenges that entail.
