After falling into a career in the FM industry over 18 years ago, my passion for change, culture and people has been something which has driven my direction of travel. Focusing on how to make successful change in an ever-changing environment has driven my passion and given me a great deal of experience and knowledge.

I am a Prosci Change Management Practitioner and qualified Project Manager, which has given me the opportunity to support many private and public sector organisations deliver transformational changes. I thrive on new challenges and learning new things so taking my qualifications and moving into the world of Lean Six Sigma is something which has really taken my career to the next level.

I am a very versatile individual who enjoys building relationships and bringing the best out of people, and I thrive on making a difference.

Family is extremely important to me and maintaining a work life balance has been something I have learnt over the years.

Outside of work I enjoy exploring the world with friends and family, tasting all types of cuisines, and more importantly enjoying the wine. Visiting an array of vineyards and learning the skills of a vintner. And just to add to the mix, I am a qualified wedding planner in my spare time.
