When the Ministry of Defence (MOD) received a series of negative media reports on the condition of their sites in South-East England we were brought on to manage a six-month transformation programme.
A new target operating model (TOM) needed to be developed and implemented which required new processes, new supply chain infrastructure and an organisational restructure involving performance related exits, redundancies and recruitment of new roles.
The transformation programme saw a complete overhaul of performance and improved compliance across the MOD estate.
