The undelivered project
Sitting lonely on the shelf
The unchanged business process
Isn’t going to change itself
Your business needs transforming
But you don’t know where to start
You’ve seen all those consultants
But you can’t tell them apart
Many seem to come and go
With studies but no trace
There is no lasting change
So you rely on saving grace
You’re hoping for a big bang
Artificial revolution
But to make the changes lasting
You need steady evolution
Continuous improvement
An approach that really pays
Don’t wait for jam tomorrow
Small improvements every day
