CI Projects has sustained increasing growth since it was founded in 2012. We are looking to further expand our client base and diversify our offer. With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Clements as our new Business Unit Director.
Scott brings a wealth of experience in roles ranging from sales and marketing to project delivery of large scale digital and business transformations.
He is a certified Change Manager (APMG) and has held senior positions across a number of organisations including Canon where he worked for 15 years driving technology and professional services forward. In recent years he has pursued an interest in culture management, employee experience and how to create productive individuals and organisations. He has a deep knowledge of the imperative for organisations to adopt new ways of working and the challenges that entails. Drawing on years of experience of leading complex projects and programmes, he is able to deliver value at pace through the application of Lean and Agile practices. Scott’s style is to get right to the heart of the matter quickly and put in place pragmatic solutions by achieving a high level of stakeholder engagement – an approach that aligns deeply with CI Projects’ principles and values.
