Lightsource bp, a subsidiary of BP and a global leader in renewable energy development and management, faced challenges in managing customer interactions and project data. Different departments relied on separate systems, leading to decentralised data and limited insights. Manual processes slowed down communication and progress tracking. There was a need to implement a centralised CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to address these challenges and empower Lightsource bp for success.

CI Projects project managed the CRM system implementation of Salesforce, a powerful enterprise-level CRM, as a central platform. We collaborated with Lightsource bp teams to clearly define objectives of the project and facilitated the implementation to ensure user adoption.
