The lead up to Christmas comes with joy and excitement for many of us, but for some it’s a different story. This time of year is cold and a struggle for those who are vulnerable and don’t have a warm home to go to. We saw the relief in the eyes of individuals who had been struggling to find their next warm meal or a pair of gloves to keep their hands warm. The gratitude expressed through heartfelt thanks, and the sense of community that permeated the streets of London was evident.
